By creating an account or using Synergy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
One account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information.
You retain ownership of content you post on Synergy. By posting content, you grant Synergy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the platform.
You may not post content that is: illegal, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, discriminatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
Synergy maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Any user who posts content that is offensive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate will have their content removed and their account may be permanently terminated without prior notice. All reports of objectionable content are reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours.
Users can report inappropriate messages using the report function available in community chat. To report a message, tap the three-dots menu on any message and select "Report." All reports are reviewed by our team. We take appropriate action including content removal and account suspension or termination.
Users can block other users to prevent seeing their messages. Blocked users can be managed from the Profile page.
Synergy reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Users may delete their own account at any time from the Profile page.
Synergy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for user-generated content, data loss, or service interruptions. Use the platform at your own risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Synergy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
